Pure stevia does not break a fast in moderation. It has no calories and little to no effect on insulin, so a few drops in coffee or tea are fast-safe.

Stevia is a zero-calorie sweetener from a plant leaf. It does not provide energy, and most studies show little to no insulin response from pure stevia, so it does not break a fast when used in small amounts. It is one of the more fasting-friendly ways to sweeten a drink.
Pure liquid or powdered stevia is fine. Many supermarket stevia products, though, are blended with erythritol or dextrose as bulking agents; the erythritol blends are still fast-safe, but dextrose-bulked ones add a little sugar. Check the ingredient list and keep the amount modest.
A few drops or a small pinch to sweeten a drink is well within a fast. There is no need to use more.
