Welcome to FastTrack. By downloading, installing, or using the FastTrack intermittent fasting app (the "App") on iOS (Apple App Store) or Android (Google Play), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using FastTrack, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
FastTrack is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice. The App is designed as a tool to help you track your intermittent fasting schedule and related health metrics. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
You should always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fasting regimen, diet, or exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.
Fasting may not be appropriate for everyone. If you experience any adverse effects while fasting, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
FastTrack grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

All content, features, functionality, design, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property within FastTrack are owned by FastTrack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.
You are responsible for:
An account is optional: you can use FastTrack without signing in. If you create one (for example to restore on our website a plan you started, or to carry your profile between an iPhone and an Android device), you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the App, on both iOS and Android; this also erases the data stored on that device.
FastTrack includes AI features: a fasting coach, generated meal ideas, and food scanning that estimates calories and macronutrients from a photo. These outputs are automated estimates, produced by a third-party AI provider, and can be incomplete or wrong. They are general information, not medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and they do not replace a qualified professional or the reading of an actual food label. Do not rely on them for medical decisions or if you have a food allergy or intolerance. The health disclaimer in section 2 applies to every AI feature.
With your permission, the App reads and writes health data through Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android. Granting that permission is optional, you can withdraw it at any time in your device settings, and the App remains usable without it.
FastTrack is free to use for fasting tracking. Some features, including unlimited AI coach conversations, AI meal ideas and food scans, require a paid subscription; a limited number of free AI uses is offered first. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device, and are subject to that store's terms and conditions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests are handled through your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or your Google Play account settings (Android).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FastTrack and its developers, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, health complications, personal injury, or any other damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FastTrack and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
