FastTrack

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 13, 2026

FastTrack ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the FastTrack intermittent fasting app (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

1. Your Health Data Stays on Your Device

FastTrack is designed with a privacy-first approach. The health and tracking data you enter is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain servers that store your personal health history. The data kept on your device may include:

2. Health Integrations (Apple Health and Health Connect)

With your permission, FastTrack may read and write health-related data such as water intake and energy through Apple HealthKit (on iOS) or Health Connect (on Android). This data is used only within the App to give you a more complete picture. We never sell, share, or use this health data for advertising or marketing, in line with Apple's and Google's health data policies.

3. Optional Account (Sign-in)

An account is optional and is not required to use the App. If you choose to sign in (for example, to restore a plan you started on our website), we use Firebase Authentication (a Google service) to manage your login, and we store your onboarding profile (such as your name, goal, and chosen fasting plan) in Firebase Firestore so it can be restored across your devices. We store only this profile, never your full fasting history, and we never sell it. You can delete your account at any time from within the App, which removes this cloud profile.

4. Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics (a Google service) to understand how the App is used and where it can be improved (for example, which onboarding steps people complete, or which features are used). These are anonymized, aggregated usage events. We do not send your health data, weight, or fasting history to analytics. On iOS, you can decline app tracking through the system prompt; analytics still works in an anonymized form.

5. AI Coach and AI Meal Ideas

When you use the AI coach or generate meal ideas, your question and a small, non-identifying context (such as your fasting plan and recent fast durations) are sent through our server to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) to produce a response. This information is not linked to your identity and is not used to train AI models. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information in the chat.

6. Subscriptions

Optional subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and managed for us by RevenueCat. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google, not by us; we only receive your subscription status so we can unlock premium features.

7. Data Sharing and Selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties. We do not share your health data with advertisers or data brokers. The only providers that process limited data on our behalf are the ones named above (Apple, Google/Firebase, RevenueCat, and OpenAI), each acting as a service provider.

8. Children's Privacy

FastTrack is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Your health data stays on your device, so you control it at all times. You can delete all on-device data by uninstalling the App. If you created an account, you can delete it (and its cloud profile) from the App's settings. For any other request regarding your data, contact us using the email below.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
